Organization Settings
Configure organization-wide timezone, Alpha integration access, and monthly usage report delivery.
Organization settings control behavior shared by everyone in an IMSURGE organization. Only users with the Org Admin role can change these settings.
Accessing Organization Settings
- Select Settings from the main navigation.
- Open the General tab.
Organization Timezone
Each organization has one timezone setting. New organizations use UTC by default.
The organization timezone determines local weekend boundaries when a pipeline has Pause Stale Timer on Weekends enabled. For example, the weekend begins at midnight Saturday in the organization timezone rather than at midnight UTC.
This setting does not replace timezone settings required by individual integrations or sensors.
To change the organization timezone:
- Find the Organization Timezone card.
- Search for and select the appropriate Timezone.
- Select Save Timezone.
See Pipeline Health for more information about pausing stale monitoring on weekends.
Alpha Integration Access
Alpha integrations are hidden by default because they are experimental and may be less stable or change without notice. Enabling access makes Alpha integrations available to the entire organization.
To opt in:
- Find the Alpha Integrations card.
- Set Allow Alpha Integration Access to Enabled.
- Review the displayed Alpha integration notice.
- Select Submit.
Once enabled, Alpha integrations appear when users in the organization add integrations. Disabling access prevents the organization from adding new Alpha integrations.
See Release Channels for Alpha integration expectations and lifecycle information.
Monthly Usage Reports
The Monthly Usage Reports section controls whether IMSURGE automatically emails billing summaries after each billing cycle closes.
To configure monthly usage reports:
- Find the Monthly Usage Reports card.
- Enter the email address that should receive reports.
- Set Automatic Monthly Usage Reports to Enabled or Disabled.
- Select Save.
Disabling the feature stops future report emails without removing the saved email address.
When enabled, IMSURGE sends the report on the first day of each month after the previous month closes. The email includes a summary in the body plus PDF and CSV attachments with the full usage breakdown.
See Usage and Billing for details on what is included in the report.
