Use this page to create the reusable credential for the Senceive source integration. If it already exists in your workspace, select it instead of creating a new one.

Setup

Prerequisites

Before creating the Senceive credential, make sure you have a Senceive consumer username and broker connection string. In the Senceive web portal, configure the consumer subscription to the device group you want to import and grant read access so IMSURGE can list its devices and read the sensor model catalogue. Ask your Senceive administrator to configure this access.

For a local Senceive installation, you also need its instance URL. The instance and its event stream must be reachable from IMSURGE.

Credential Setup

When creating the Senceive credential, enter:

  • Senceive consumer username - The username for your Senceive consumer account.
  • Senceive broker connection string - The complete connection string supplied when the consumer was created or its password was reset. It must include the password.
  • Senceive instance URL - Optional. Leave blank for Senceive Cloud at https://senceive.io, or enter the base URL of your local Senceive instance.

Save the credential and use it when configuring a Senceive source integration. IMSURGE loads the device groups and devices available to the consumer during setup.
