Setup

Prerequisites

Before setting up this integration, make sure you have your ManholeMetrics Client API Key available.

Credential Setup

Use Manhole Metrics Credentials to create or select the credential for this integration. If it already exists in your workspace, select it instead of creating a new one.

Integration Setup

After selecting the Manhole Metrics credential, configure the integration using the following field:

  • Device ID — The specific device you want to query.

IMSURGE recommends a polling rate of 30 Minutes to align with the reporting frequency of Manhole Metrics Devices.

Limitations

  • Distance units: All distances are reported in millimeters.
  • Fill percentage: Computed as water_level_mm / max_distance.
