The Topcon Delta Watch source imports point and prism monitoring data from one selected Topcon project. IMSURGE creates time-series data from the points and prisms available in that project.

Setup

Prerequisites

Before setting up this integration, make sure you have:

  • Topcon Delta Watch API credentials
  • Access to the Topcon project you want to import

Credential Setup

Use Topcon Credentials to create or select the credential for this integration. IMSURGE uses the credential to list available Topcon projects during setup and to read point and prism data during pipeline runs.

Integration Setup

After selecting the Topcon credential, configure the source using:

  • Project - The Topcon project IMSURGE should read from.

Options are limited to projects available to that Topcon credential.

Topcon supports backtracking for up to 7 days. IMSURGE recommends hourly polling unless your Topcon project updates on a slower schedule.

Output Description
Device One IMSURGE device is created for each Topcon point or prism returned by the selected project.
Metrics Available coordinate and displacement values are imported as metrics such as X, Y, Z, ΔX, ΔY, and ΔZ.
Units Units use Topcon unit values when they are compatible with IMSURGE unit handling. Unknown or custom units may be left blank while the readings are still imported.

Limitations

  • Large projects - Very large Topcon projects may be limited or may require review because IMSURGE reads data per point or prism.
  • Unit mapping - Custom or unknown Topcon units may be left blank if they cannot be safely mapped.
  • Alpha Integration - Topcon (Delta Watch) is an alpha integration. Results may vary while the integration is being validated.
