Official

An Official flag means the integration is endorsed and supported by the vendor. IMSURGE is actively working with the vendor to optimize the integration and ensure long-term compatibility.

Official integrations are backed by agreements between IMSURGE and the vendor, giving you confidence that both parties are aligned in maintaining support.

A Sponsored flag indicates that IMSURGE has a sponsorship agreement in place with the vendor. Sponsored integrations are offered to IMSURGE users as free to automate, meaning pipelines that make use of sponsored integrations, are completely free of charge to the end user.

This means:

  • They do not count toward your billable pipeline usage.
  • They are not subject to the limitations normally applied to free-tier accounts.

Sponsored integrations allow you to deploy and use these vendor-backed integrations without impacting your billing, lowering barriers to adoption and encouraging seamless automation.
