Setup Instructions

1. Creating the Integration

When adding the integration, you will be prompted to enter the following information directly:

  • Temperature Units: Select Fahrenheit or Celsius.
  • Device IP Address: The IP address and port number of your Auto Meteo device. (eg. 12.34.56.78:8080)

Polling rates can be adjusted based on your device’s configuration and data freshness needs.

Concerns & Limitations

  • No Historic Readings: This integration pulls live data only and cannot retrieve historical readings.
  • Polling Rate Configuration: The recommended polling rates are based on default device configurations. If you have customized your device’s settings, ensure your pipeline’s polling rate aligns with your device’s data update frequency.
