Sonitus
Collect environmental noise data from Sonitus Systems monitoring devices via the Sonitus API.
Setup Instructions
1. Creating the Credentials
Before creating an integration, you must first add your Sonitus credentials to IMSURGE.
You will need the following credentials associated with your Sonitus Systems account:
- API Username – Your Sonitus portal username
- API Password – Your Sonitus portal password
IMSURGE uses these credentials to authenticate with the /monitors endpoint in order to enumerate available monitors.
2. Creating the Integration
After your connector is created, configure the integration:
- Monitor ID – Select the monitor you want to collect data from.
Concerns & Limitations
- Monitor-Specific Metrics
The API returns whatever metrics your particular model supports. Not all monitors expose the same fields.
