Loadsensing (CMT Edge)
Ingest data logger data from Loadsensing Gateways.
Setup Instructions
1. Prerequisites
Before setting up your Loadsensing integration, ensure you have:
- Access to your Loadsensing deployment through the CMT Edge dashboard.
- Your Gateway ID, visible directly in the Loadsensing dashboard URL.
- Your Loadsensing account username and password.
2. Creating the Credentials
When adding your Loadsensing integration, you will be prompted to create or select a set of Credentials. To create them, you need:
- Gateway ID – The numeric ID visible in your Loadsensing dashboard URL.
- Username – Your Loadsensing login username (provider credentials).
- Password – Your Loadsensing login password (provider credentials).
3. Creating the Integration
After creating or selecting your Credentials, IMSURGE will automatically query the Loadsensing API so you can configure the integration using:
- Network ID – The network associated with your gateway that contains the nodes you want to ingest.
- Node – The specific device within the selected network.

Concerns & Limitations
- No Historic Readings – This integration retrieves only the most recent live readings. Historic CSV retrieval is not currently supported.
- Polling Rate Considerations – Ensure your pipeline polling interval aligns with the data transmission frequency of your node to avoid repeated identical readings.
- Credentials Sensitivity – Gateway Credentials are deployment-specific. A valid Gateway ID, Username, and Password are required for successful access.
